Rennie House is the perfect place for a hen party. It is a beautiful seven bedroom, Georgian town house, a level stroll to the centre of Bath. There is every kind of entertainment on offer in Bath and we can help you plan and book activites either in the town or private events in our lovely house. The interior of Rennie House has been sympathetically refurbished in a contemporary, comfortable style while retaining its period charm. Each room has its own distinctive character, funky wallpapers, subtle colours, fabulous furniishings, luxurious bathrooms and amazing bedrooms.

The welcoming, spacious dining room and kitchen are the heart of the house. Mellow stone walls and a Victorian range are the setting for a huge oak dining table seating 14 with views of historic buildings and green hills from the windows. The superbly equipped kitchen has a large range cooker, American style fridge and two dishwashers. Whether whipping up a snack or preparing a banquet, cooking here is a delight. The back door leads up stone steps to a pretty courtyard garden ideal for summer drinks and BBQ‚s.If you want champagne and canapes on arrival, meals provided, a chef to cook for you, cream teas and cup cakes or just a fridge full of food, all of that can be arranged.

There are seven individually decorated bedrooms spread over three floors, sleeping 13. Four have twin, pocket sprung 3 ft beds which can be zipped together to make luxurious 6ft super kings. One of these bedrooms also has a pretty 3‚ single day bed. There are two additional single bedrooms. All rooms have good mirrors and plenty of hanging space. We give each guest a set of toiletries together with big white fluffy towels. Hairdryers, ipod docks and TV's are in plentiful supply throughout the house. The south facing sitting room has delightful, far reaching views over the town to the hills. Restful colours and big sofas make it the perfect sanctuary for relaxing after a hard day sightseeing or shopping. There is a 32" TV if you want to catch up with the world.

Three bathrooms, two with double-ended baths and large walk in showers and a third wet room with WC, mean no long queues for the bathroom. No bedroom is more than a short flight of stairs from a bathroom and most have a bathroom on the same floor. The utility room with washer/dryer also has a loo.

Everything you need for a comfortable and convenient weekend party is provided in this luxurious house. We have two garages and residents parking. The house is 15 minutes easy walk through the town from the station or a 5 minute taxi ride. All the famous attractions of Bath are an easy walk from the house so no need to drive or take taxis. Numerous pubs, restaurants, cafes and bars are just a few minutes walk away.
