THE GOTHIC CHURCH - A UNIQUE HOUSEPARTY VENUE!
Built in 1832 in the Gothic Revival style, this unique property is situated in a sleepy village 2 miles from the pretty town of Wells, England's smallest city. And just half an hour away is the World Heritage City of Bath, with its sightseeing, fabulous shopping and famous Thermae Bath Spa.
The Gothic Church has been fully modernised, yet retains many wonderful original features, such as the stained glass windows. The spacious Chancel living room features Gothic windows and a large central woodburner and there are 6 bedrooms sleeping 16 guests plus 2 beds in the living room and 2 extra fold out beds for additional guests or children. The kitchen breakfast room is 44' and there is an additional mezzanine dining gallery with magnificent feature stained glass windows. There are 2 large shower rooms and one spacious bathroom. Outside there is a courtyard with hot tub, seating and BBQ.
There is no special wheelchair access, but the property does have bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor for those with mobility difficulties.
Price Information
The price is £125 per person for a two night stay, with a minimum booking of 12 guests / £1500. The price for 3 nights is £155 per person, minimum booking 10 guests. There is an additional booking deposit of £250, which is held oFacilities
