LAMBSIDE HOUSE - sleeps 11 people in comfort and luxury and offers spacious accommodation in 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, with 3 extra day beds available - so up to 14 people.

Situated on Lambside Farm, part of our organic dairy farm right on the South Devon coast, Lambside House is surrounded by old disused barns (with resident barn owls), fields and your own private garden, and offers spacious accommodation for 11 people in 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. There are also 2 day beds in the downstairs games room and a child's bed in the master bedroom, so 14 people can stay in comfort.

There are 2 large reception rooms (one with a woodburner and one with a widescreen digital TV & DVD) that open out across a spacious hall creating a wonderful space for get-togethers. There is also a games room (with table football), a large well equipped kitchen and a dining area that seats 14.

Just a short walk away, also on Lambside Farm, are four more holiday cottages, that can be rented alongside Lambside House for larger groups.

CORNER COTTAGE - sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms and has 3 bathrooms. Newly renovated in 2008 it has an amazing open plan living space. Corner Cottage has flat wide access throughout the ground floor - including the living area and kitchen area. It has a ground floor bathroom and 2 ground floor bedrooms and so is suitable for those with reduced mobility.Within a few hundred yards are 3 other cottages sleeping 6, 4 and 2 - so we can cater for groups up to a maximum of 36.

All the cottages are on our working organic dairy farm set in unspoilt countryside on the beautiful South Devon coast and are just a few minutes walk from the coast path and some lovely remote coves and beaches. They are all well equipped with TVs, DVDs, washing machines, dishwashers etc and all have private gardens with table and BBQ. We put delicious local organic milk in the fridge for your arrival - with our compliments, along with enough recycled paper toilet rolls, Fair Trade tea, coffee, sugar and local organic herbal tea to get you started! Cots and high chairs available on request.

Well behaved pets are welcome in Spring, Corner and Shepherds Cottages. Open all year, with short breaks available all year.
